  • reduced likelihood to use alcohol; this finding was stronger for students who were not using alcohol at baseline as compared to students who reported use of alcohol at baseline
  • increased likelihood of resisting alcohol offered by peers and perception that peer drinking was not normative
  • increased likelihood of discussing problems associated with alcohol with parents
