To nominate a program:
New York State Programs must submit evaluation evidence to Sharing Success for validation or recognition as a promising practice or be willing to gather such data with technical assistance provided by Sharing Success.
Out-of-State Programs must submit results-based research evidence to Sharing Success for recognition as a Research-based Program. Please note: the application has been converted into Adobe's Portable Document Format. You'll need Adobe's free Acrobat Reader to view and print the application.
