Recognizing Excellence in Adult Education participates in Sharing Success by submitting programs to the New York State Validation Panel. Many New York State programs are both state and nationally validated. Recognizing Excellence has a two tiered certification system for practices/programs worthy of dissemination based on evaluation data to ensure consumer confidence: promising practices and validation.
